Regression therapy allows you to journey into yourself so you can heal, reveal, discover, understand and remember who you are. 

Everyone carries all their lifetimes in their energetic field. In everyday life we can not remember all this information, but in regression therapy we can. It is possible to journey back to your childhood or even to previous lives. Since we work from a shamanic tradition it is even possible to enter other dimensions and shamanic realms, communicate with guides and healing spirits or journey to the future.

All that is unresolved wants to be resolved, all that is broken wants to be healed, all that is undiscovered wants to be discovered. This is why unresolved situations from previous or past-life experiences come back in this present lifetime. Whether this is in pain, discomfort or challenging situations. It is the way and an invitation of your soul to bring awareness to what wants to be liberated.

When we liberate ourselves we open the way to a fulfilling and free life where everything is possible. You start walking the path of your destiny and purpose and manifest what is meant for you. You will attract what brings you into alignment and learn to understand situations and life experiences on a deeper level. You begin to see these experiences from multiple perspectives, which brings deep understanding and wisdom. From that core understanding you learn to make the decisions that bring love and life into your being. It is through this process of understanding, liberation and healing that you discover the most beautiful version of yourself. 

The journey


Every online Regression Therapy session takes
two hours. The first part of a session is a short intake and then the regression therapy starts. In a session you sit with your eyes closed and you enter a light trance state which will open up your journey. You will be guided through the journey by the shaman who oversees the world you are traveling in, but the aim is always to let the journeyer come to his/her own revelations. The soul knows exactly where the answers are and will intelligently guide you towards them. When you heal, resolve or understand your own discoveries you connect to your inner healing abilities and wisdom and this creates tremendous power. In the last half hour of a session we talk about the experience, answer your questions and talk about how to integrate the teachings you’ve discovered.

The amount of sessions you will have over time depends on your intention and what kind of help you need. You can feel into what would be beneficial for you, but because we work from a shamanic tradition it is also possible to contact us with your intention and we can talk to your spiritual guides to see what they recommend for your process.

Why is regression therapy effective?


In regression therapy we go back to the root of where your disease, discomfort, pain or misunderstanding started. Only when we go to the root we can touch the core of an experience and start the process of healing. Other healing mechanisms are mostly focused on the treatment of a symptom, but the symptom is only the effect of your discomfort. It is how the discomfort presents itself. To heal from a holistic viewpoint we need to go back to the point where the discomfort started, the point that brought the symptoms into existence. This is what we do through regression therapy and this is why it is so highly effective.



Is regression therapy safe?


Regression therapy is a safe healing method. While journeying you go back into experiences that you have already been in before. It is not possible to be hurt by any of these memories. It is actually very liberating and healing to free yourself from these blockages from the past.

It is important however that you will be guided by someone that is experienced and understands the map that you are journeying in and the experiences that might come up so you can be guided safely through them. We will support you and create a safe space for you to fully express yourself, leave the past behind and move forward.



How can I prepare for a session?


A clear intention is very beneficial in a regression therapy session. Your intention gives direction to your experience. Look deeply into what is happening into your life and the questions that arise from these experiences. 

Your Higher Self and subconscious mind know exactly what you need and are aware that you will enter a regression therapy session. They will present you exactly what you need in this moment in time. Before a session it can be beneficial to enter into an internal conversation with your Higher Self about your intention, so you can let go of any expectations, fear or doubts and to surrender in trust that you are guided and safe.

We also ask our students to create a safe and comfortable space where you will take part in the regression therapy. A place where you can be undisturbed while the session takes place. Make sure you have good internet connection and a working cam and microphone. 

Prepare yourself to be open to the experience and trust that your mind has the power to connect the dots. 



Can I feel things physically?


When we go back into memories the body remembers as well and therefore responses physically to this memory. It is possible that you feel the sensations of the experience in the past and it is also possible that the body starts to move corresponding to what happened in the experience. However, you will not feel it in the same intensity as the original circumstance. In some cases it is necessary to express the repressed emotions and physical reactions when they are stored in the body to bring healing into full circle. 



When shouldn’t you participate in a session?


You should not participate in a regression session when you are in acute psychoses or under the influence of drugs.


 

Where will the session take place?


The regression therapy will take place online via Skype or Zoom. You will receive the link trough your email before the session.



What is important to consider after the session?


After a session it is important to take some time to integrate the experience. New information has come to the surface and this information takes time to process and to transform into a new way of being. In every session we will discuss ways to integrate the experience and we might give you exercises to do or ‘homework’. We highly recommend you to engage with these exercises. Through these exercises we can change the nature of habits that where not beneficial into new ways of being that are aligned with your highest potential. 

We recommend you not to plan anything straight after the session. The regression therapy session is a journey and it will take quite some energy that needs to be restored when the session is done. You also might need some time to process the experience and to come back into this ‘reality’. 

It is very beneficial for your integration process to write about your experience after the session has ended.



What does regression therapy feel like?


During the journey you sit with your eyes closed. When we enter the light trance state, you journey into what we know as your imagination. For some people it is possible to see things vividly, but this is not always the case. It is possible to know what you see without actually having a visual experience. Most people journey into the realms of their inner knowing. Every experience contains certain aspects like: seeing, hearing, emotional feelings, physical feelings, senses, body position, inner thoughts and sense of time. It is possible to experience all of these things in the regression session, but only what is necessary for your growth at that moment in time will arise to the surface.

While you are journeying into experiences (of the past) you will always have your common sense and are fully aware of where you are and what you are doing. 



How much does a session cost?


We highly recommend our students to commit to our regression therapy program. We have seen a great amount of progress with students that have opted for multiple regression sessions. For those who commit to our program the investment is €200 (incl. VAT) per session. The program starts with a minimum of three sessions. We will feel in with you how many sessions are needed for your intention. 

Each session takes two hours and includes an intake, the regression therapy and integration homework.

If you want to book a single session your investment will be €250 (incl. VAT).



What is your cancellation & refund policy?


Sessions can be rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance. We do not offer refunds for sessions unless there is a major circumstance that is blocking you from taking part in the session.


 
In which language will the session take place?

It is possible to do the session in English or Dutch.
